feb 25 (sun) 9:30am-3:30pm: rigid heddle weaving
This workshop provides an introduction into rigid heddle weaving. Rigid heddle looms are a smaller, portable, and budget friendly loom option than a multi-shaft floor or table loom. Rigid heddle looms offer versatility for you to create beautiful and unique tapestries, wall hangings, shawls, and home wares. Students will learn how to dress a loom, weave, and finish their woven samples.
We are an authorized Ashford Looms dealer, you can purchase a rigid heddle loom, tools, and equipment in shop or online if you’re interested.
$235 (workshop + supplies + loom rental)
One 6-hour class, in-person
