Returns + refunds.
All sales are final for tools, natural dyes, raw dyestuff, mordants and additives. Please carefully choose your products for purchase. If you have questions regarding the use of a specific product, please contact us or visit us in store. We are happy to help.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Plant dyed apparel + accessories.
All returns on naturally dyed, made to order, ready- made and customized products are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable, unless arrived damaged or defective. Each item is handmade and hand-dyed, therefore an alternative may not be available. Exchanges are not accepted at this time due to product availability and the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written statement and photograph must be submitted to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number within 5 days of delivery before a refund or shop credit is considered. Please ensure you've read the product description and care instructions before requesting a return. Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed and label must remain in its original place. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with approved refunds.
Refunds + registration policies
Workshop enrollment requires a minimum of 4 students. An email notification will be sent 3 days before class if the enrollment minimum is not met. Students will receive a full refund for canceled workshops. All workshops, classes, and camps are non-refundable if enrollment is met. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your workshop to a friend or family member prior to the workshop. Please let us know ahead of time by giving us a call or contacting customer service at email@example.com. Refunds will not be given for cancellations, no-shows, or missed workshops.
Please(!) be aware mail carriers are expecting delays and staff shortages since the pandemic, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed. Our small team will do the best they can to process all orders within 3 business days of receiving it. Orders are typically shipped once a week on Thursday. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with package tracking.
In-store pick up.
Online orders can be picked up in-store during normal business hours with local pickup at checkout. Orders for local pickup are usually ready within 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner.
